Lynne Jacobs is the head of the Secret Service. She removed Mike Banning from the field ranking and demoted him to desk duty. Jacobs aided Allan Trumbull throughout the hostage situation and eventually had Banning restored to his position. She was portrayed by Angela Bassey.
